I’m a local from Summerlin and today was my first time at the Nevada Southern Railway and I loved it the train ride was a lot of fun I will definitely be returning!

This little railway museum was an awesome place to visit with the family.  It’s inexpensive and only a 30 min drive from the strip.  The train ride was inexpensive and they have a really cool rail explorers attraction I definitely want to try.

Have enjoyed many trips on the train with my grandkids and family. They read Christmas stories at the holidays & have a train robbery. Fun filled time every time.

Wonderful getaway for the family only 30 minutes from the downtown.  Staff (Michelle, CJ) were so friendly and accommodating. Expect to spend about 90 minutes there. Bring refreshments and snacks after the peddle pusher and train back and don’t forget to ask for the locals deal! Even an Easter bunny

This is a neat museum that shows a lot of southern Nevada’s history with trains! There are mail and rocket carrier trains and you can actually go on one of the working trains for a ride. It’s a lot of fun for a family day.

I brought my toddler here for a train ride on a Saturday morning. We did 10 am train ride. She had a blast. I would definitely recommend it…We saw a group of sheeps near the cliffs. We also got a chance to ride on the steamers.
